This bank has many systemic problems. There are only ever 2-3 people working which is never enough. The lines are long. If you need to do anything other than basic deposits and withdrawals, you are sent to a side room where the person is usually unsure of the software that Fifth Third has. They don't know how to use the Certificate of Deposit software. They are always apologetic (hence two stars), but this has been happening every year for the last five years. The staff constantly turns over and there is little accountability in the office.
