I've usually had good experience with the team at Don's. Greer (Service) in particular has been great to work with. I recently had some service done and the vehicle was brought back to my office to be dropped off. I was extremely disappointed to find it it in the parking lot unlocked with the keys on the floorboard. Nobody from Don's Automotive contacted me to let me know that it was out there. When I mentioned it to the service manager, he didn't seem overly concerned about it. I on the other hand, am extremely concerned about finding my $40,000 plus vehicle just sitting in a parking lot with the keys thrown on the floorboard. Totally unacceptable! My next vehicle may be a Chevy. But, I can't say that it will come from this dealership. They've been a decent dealership to work with over the years. But, It's too bad that it had to end this way.

Roadside assistance was at my house in 15 minutes. They fixed my tire,called me and finished quickly. Great service!
